Laurène Richard is Technical Sales Engineer at ThrustMe, an in-orbit space propulsion company founded in 2017 after spinning out from the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and the Ecole Polytechnique.
In 2020, ThrustMe became the first company to successfully demonstrate an iodine-propelled electric propulsion system in space and now deliver products to clients worldwide. Laurène holds a double degree in mechanical engineering from the Higher Institute of Mechanics of Paris, ISAE-Supméca, and in astronautics and space systems engineering from Cranfield University, UK. She has demonstrated experience in closing B2B sales contracts and space agency proposals, providing international pre-sales and after sales support, and managing customers relationship.
