
She started her career at Ericsson in 1990 where she held many different positions. She came to France in 2020 when she was appointed Head of Ericsson R&D Center.
Before that, she was responsible for the R&D centers in Poland and Ukraine, leading the transformation of the organization of 2000 people.
During the majority of her career she has been working in R&D and Strategic Product Management for Mobile Systems. She has been in different management positions since 2000.
Today, she is building up a high-skill competence R&D center that is dedicated to 5G and 6G software research and development with focus on Security, Private and Mission Critical Networks as well as AI and Automation.
