- visitors wishing to do so to register for the event;

Data is collected and processed by the team of the Paris-Saclay Development Authority and by the joint organizers of the event (Région Ile-de-France, the 3 urban area communities of Paris-Saclay, Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, and Versailles Grand Parc, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, Université Paris-Saclay, HEC Paris, French Tech Paris-Saclay, Choose Paris Region and CCI Paris Ile-de-France), but also by their service providers for the organization of the event, namely Evenement D’Elles and Spintank.
The data collected may be subsequently reused by the joint organizers of Paris-Saclay SPRING 2022, namely: EPA Paris-Saclay, Région Ile-de-France, the 3 urban area communities of Paris-Saclay, Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, and Versailles Grand Parc, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, Université Paris-Saclay, HEC Paris, French Tech Paris-Saclay, Choose Paris Region and CCI Paris Ile-de-France, for the purpose of providing information about the organization of professional events of the same nature.
